Gute Vorstellungen mit tollen Künstlern. Freie Platzwahl fordert zum Überzeitlichen kommen, da sonst nur hintere Plätze frei sind. Auf alle Fälle einen bzw. mehrere Besuche machen....

Nice shop with handmade items they said mostly from Austria and surrounding countries but they said they mostly try to focus on Austrian hand made items. Prices are a little steep 16-30/ dish towels, 32-42 for apron, 6.70 for placements/ table mats and 150-200 for shoes/ purses, 15.00 for a jar of apricot jam and 7 for some lemon biscuits, 23 for a small pillow. Seems like high quality and I might have been tempted to buy some of the above products and given them at least 3- 4 stars.

However, buyer beware. Very poor customer service not just to myself but to another customer or two I observed. I left without buying a single item due to to the customer service experienced- RUDE and POOR!

One customer came in and didn’t see one of the representatives was rearranging/ redecorating one of the areas of the store (because she has stepped away from the area but had left glass items on the floor- not just one or two glass cups but several glass cups/ plates/ bowls. When the customer unawarely, free knocked into them but did not break them, she profusely apologized. The rep chided her and was clearly ticked off and took it out on my husband who didn’t even step on/ near the items. She told him to “be careful” as there were items on the floor. He muttered quietly well the items were left on the floor?! I actually repeated this out loud so the unreasonable lady rep could hear this as she was the one who had been irresponsible and was clearly taking it out on customers!

Then another customer lady rep, when I tried to find out online on my phone where some of the items were made in, since I didn’t recognize many of the brand names and some of the items did not have tags to display country of production, she brashly and rudely accused me of taking photos/ checking code numbers instead of asking me if I needed help or what I was looking up online! My husband heard everything as well. We both were appalled. He said another rep had actually been looking at me as I was looking up the item brand online as well before the rude one blatantly falsely accused me! I really wanted to make a purchase but this was such a turn off, I immediately walked out of the store with great indignation. You lost customers for life as far as I’m concerned!

Note: can’t see how they could have gotten 4.5 star reviews as half of the reviews are not even of this store.
